Originally hired by the co-founders to establish a structured PMO organization and fulfill internal operational needs. Established standards and processes for intake, prioritization, planning, delivery, reporting, KPIs, hiring, vendor selection and onboarding, M&A evaluation. Quickly built a team of 25 to support all departments and executives.

Initially managed the Decisioning systems and Financial Risk Management project delivery, and quickly acquired management of Enterprise and backend systems (cyber security, DevOps, Big Data, Enterprise IT, tech Risk, Architecture) and international teams (AUS, CAN). Successfully co-led effort to implement SAFe. Managed four direct reports.

  • Standardized project intake/prioritization, delivery, documentation, UAT, and reporting metrics for technical and nontechnical projects for product engineering organization

  • Led SOX audit and remediation, saving the company $1MM in fines

  • Worked with and supported nine development teams

  • Managed contract negotiations and vendor integrations for respective verticals, delivering more than 40 projects regularly ahead of schedule
