About the Role
As a CMO you'll contribute to the overall growth of the company by planning, implementing, and managing marketing strategy.
You'll design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns as well as plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance with organizational goals. You should be able to develop and maintain relevant KPIs for the marketing department and evaluate existing market research studies and analyze the results to align marketing between customer preferences and the company's financial and branding goals. In this role you'll ensure marketing strategy takes into consideration the latest technology and best practices while leading the integrated development of cross-channel campaigns spanning a variety of teams and platforms within the sales and marketing ecosystem. You should be able to implement the development and oversight of a cohesive marketing plan to increase member acquisition and growth across brand and content channelsand review and manage the company's content marketing strategy.
10+ years of marketing experience, with 1-2 years’ experience in Crypto.
A Bachelor's Degree. MBA preferred, or equivalent work experience.
A mix of experience in an early-stage start-up and in a marketing leadership position at a high-growth, Tech, FinTech/Finance company or a crypto platform.
Demonstratable accountability for clear articulation and execution of marketing strategy, including, board-level advocacy of vision and strategy as well as periodic giving updates on plans and key performance indicators.
An entrepreneurial spirit that is flexible, experimental, and resourceful.
Experience in Multi Market Audiences with a consumer background.
